Abstract：Abstract: Starting from the exploration of the definitions of artistic conception (AC), this article analyzes its constituents, concentrates on the question whether all Chinese classical poetry contains AC, and then tries to give a thorough interpretation of its creation and recreation in Chinese classical poetry. Based on the above analysis, it also expounds the fundamental issues in the translation of AC, including its translatability, the content and process of its translation, and puts forward the integrated principle for translation. Finally, it makes an analysis of the translation of AC in the poem The Deer Enclosure.
