Abstract:Abstract: Foreign language education research as an important branch of educational linguistics (EL) calls for disciplinary innovations and constructions in response to contemporary opportunities and challenges. EL abroad contributes to innovative development in the dimensions of disciplinary establishment, nature and paradigm, which provides significant implications for Chinese foreign language education research to establish disciplinary subjectivity, implement disciplinary integrations and encourage transdisciplinary paradigm.
