Abstract:Abstract: This article is a report on remolding the Comprehensive Romanian Course based on the theory of “production-oriented approach” (POA). It details the process of teaching practice by an exemplary theme of “table etiquette”. The trial practice showed that in classroom teaching, in addition to the role of scaffolding, which helped students improve their productive ability in the aspects of vocabulary, grammar, pragmatics, and communicative effects, the teacher also participated in scenario performance which integrated the enabling and assessing phases. The practice manifests that if the teaching strategy can be constantly optimized and the leading role of the teacher can be strengthened, POA will be implemented to reform Romanian language teaching more effectively.
