Abstract：Abstract: The research of cultural policy is an important part of Tony Bennett's cultural governance aesthetics. By introducing policy into cultural research, Tony Bennett has expanded the scope of cultural governance since Foucault, and further combined cultural policy with cultural research, which has deepened the practical process of traditional cultural research. In the study of cultural policy, Tony Bennett advocates that cultural studies should be integrated into the shaping process of social and cultural subjects from a critical perspective, and show the practical significance of cultural policy research in the thinking of culture and governance issues, thus promoting and developing the cultural turn of contemporary Marxist aesthetic research.
