Abstract:Abstract: The influence of US Congress on China policy is increasing. The US Congress China Act basically reflects the US comprehensive attitude towards the development of Sino-US relations. This study sorts out the US Congress China-related acts, puts forward the basic translation principles of accuracy, rigor and equivalence, and points out that the Chinese translation of these China-related acts should go out of the text, into the culture, and then to the text that haunts the acts. The disclosure, interpretation and refutation of American cultural hegemony highlights the importance of international discourse power. Accelerating the cultivation of complex high-end talents in legal diplomacy (language) and promoting the construction of China's international discourse system are of great significance and far-reaching impact.
